Nora Guerra is part of the Single-Family Mission and Client Engagement Division. Nora supports sales & lending partners to develop & execute seller plans in meeting affordable lending, community outreach & CRA goals.

A veteran of 23 years in the mortgage industry. Mrs. Guerra joined Freddie Mac in 2019 and has held positions of leadership in sales origination, production & sourcing areas in a variety of areas including multicultural & low to moderate income segments.

David Mendez is an affordable lending manager in Freddie Mac’s Single-Family Client and Community Engagement division. He is responsible for building relationships with lenders, housing finance agencies, housing intermediaries and other stakeholders to provide responsible lending opportunities to first-time homebuyers, low-to-moderate income borrowers, and families in underserved markets.

In more than 20 years of experience in various roles in sales and operations, he has been responsible for exponential growth in the markets that he has served. Prior to joining Freddie Mac, he held a variety of positions in the primary market, including vice president and neighborhood lending sales performance manager at Bank of America.
