Eligible winners are chosen from those applicants who are current state-licensed loan originators and who have demonstrated excellence in their field.
New Broker of the Year
Eligible winners are chosen from those applicants who are current state-licensed loan originators who were 1st licensed within the last 24 months and who have demonstrated excellence in their field.
Account Executive of the Year
Eligible winners are chosen from those applicants whose companies provide wholesale lending under one of our available categories (QM and/or Non-QM) and who have demonstrated excellence in their field.
Influencer of the Year
Eligible winners are chosen from those applicants who are over 35 years of age and who have demonstrated excellence through digital influence in the mortgage industry.
Service Partner of the Year
Eligible winners are chosen from those applicants whose company provides services under one of our available categories (Appraisal Management Company, Compliance, Lender (Wholesale), Marketing, Processing, Software & Technology and Training & Education) and who have demonstrated excellence in their field. (Winners in this category are the company only, not individuals)
Young Professional of the Year
Eligible winners are chosen from those applicants who are 35 years of age or younger; current state-licensed loan originators and who have demonstrated excellence in their field. (Must provide date of birth)
YP Influencer of the Year
Eligible winners are chosen from those applicants who are 35 years of age or younger and who have demonstrated excellence through digital influence in the mortgage industry (Must provide date of birth)
